 Scott Semptimphelter

As a player, Scott had an exceptional collegiate career at Lehigh University, earning Patriot League MVP honors in 1993 and setting a single-game record with six touchdown passes, amassing 6,668 passing yards and 50 touchdowns over his career. In the NFL, Scott signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 1995 and 1996, participating in extensive training and team development programs. Transitioning to the Arena Football League, he excelled as a starting quarterback for the Orlando Predators, finishing with an 8-3 record in 1997 and runner-up for Rookie of the Year. He continued to contribute as a quarterback for multiple AFL teams, including leading the Detroit Fury to a playoff appearance in their inaugural season, finishing third in the league with 76 touchdown passes in 2001.

 

As a coach, Scott has demonstrated significant coaching impact at various levels, including 15 years as a HS QB-Coach and Offensive Coordinator, Offensive Coordinator in the Arena Football League, and most notably, a QB Coach and Mentor to hundreds of QB's in the middle Tennessee area.  For the past 15 years, local QB's have come to Scott and Elite QB Training for help perfecting their craft, using the most up to date QB techniques and mechanics, and the results on the field show.  He has also coached several Mr. Football winners and candidates, and a large contingent of college quarterbacks that have come through the program.

Zachary Schneider

With over two decades of coaching and playing experience, Zachary has made a profound impact at both the high school and collegiate levels. As Head Football Coach at Washington High School for seven years, Zachary revitalized the program, leading the team to 10 playoff appearances, including three semi-finals and a state championship game, and breaking a decade-long playoff drought. His leadership extended to Offensive Coordinator roles across multiple schools over 13 years, where his innovative strategies helped set 149 school and state records in offensive and defensive categories. Known for developing well-rounded student-athletes, Zachary's teams have produced 19 Academic All-State and 13 All-State honorees, showcasing a commitment to excellence on and off the field.

​In addition to football, he contributed to athletic programs as an assistant basketball coach for eight years and assistant baseball coach for two years, emphasizing a versatile coaching skill set. As a former high school and collegiate quarterback, he brings 10 years of playing experience that informs his ability to mentor and inspire young athletes. His passion for fostering growth in athletes and achieving success as a team has been the cornerstone of his career, leaving a legacy of competitiveness, resilience, and academic achievement. 

Nick Semptimphelter

Nick has achieved remarkable success as both a player and a leader throughout his football career. At John Carroll University, Nick was named to the All-OAC First Team in 2024 and set multiple program records, including the highest completion percentage in a season (76.1%) and a record pass efficiency of 195.0. He also finished second in the nation in completion percentage and third in pass efficiency, while leading the OAC with 38 passing touchdowns and 242.7 passing yards per game. Prior to JCU, Nick played at Bucknell University, where he was voted team captain in 2023, four-time Leadership Council member, and the team’s leading passer in 2021 and 2022, notably leading the team to a 3-2 record in his 5 starts that year.

Nick’s excellence began at Battle Ground Academy in high school, where he became the all-time leader in passing yards and touchdowns, earned All-State honors in 2018 and 2019, and was a Mr. Football finalist. He was also named Region Offensive Player of the Year in 2019 and Tennessee Titans Player of the Week. A multi-sport athlete, Nick earned three varsity letters in basketball and was recognized on the All-Midstate Team. Throughout his career, Nick has demonstrated exceptional skill, leadership, and a commitment to academic and athletic excellence.
